Refund/Return
Policy
If in the unlikely
event you are not happy with the product you have received from us.
Please return the item to us for a full refund
(no questions asked). We will glady
refund you 100% if the item has been unopened and unused (return
shipping costs if goods not defective are the customers
responsibility).
Please note the parcel is your responsibility until it
reaches us so it should be sent registered mail (not UPS of FedEx).

Our charge will show up as Uniquely Net Limited our registered
company name. Prices will be in Euros and converted into your
currency at the rate of exchange on that day.
Out of Stock
In the unlikely event
that the item you have ordered is out-of-stock we will contact you
immediately and let you konw when the item will be in stock.
We will give you the option to choose another item or cancel your
order.

Costs/Delivery Times
All goods ordered from
us will be delivered to you within 14-21 days. For orders of
the Irish Pubs this may take up to 28 days as these are personally
handpainted with your surname (if requested). Of course in
some cases you will receive your item within a week to 10 days.
