Maeve - Great Queen of Connaught |

Maeve, true to her name is 12" in height and wears an Aran Sweater
handknit by Cait in the Connemara Gaeltacht. She has a good
complexion from the sea breezes and wears a fisherman type tam on
her head under which she can tuck all her hair when the wind blows
up. To keep her legs and feet warm Maeve wears a heavy wool skirt
woven by Foxford Woollen Mills in Co. Mayo. She is the 'outdoor
type'
